ELAU SERVO MOTOR ve SÜRÜCÜ MODERNİZASYONU

12 eksen ELAU marka servo motor ve sürücüden oluşan sistemin modernizasyonu başarı ile tamamlanmıştır.

Senkron çalışan 10 gerçek eksen ve 4 sanal eksen olmak üzere 14 senkron eksen 2 adet bağımsız eksen ile sistemin otomasyonu gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Yeni nesil hareket kontrolör ürünleri ile birlikte servo motorlar ve sürücüler tamamen değiştirilerek makine modernizasyonu başarı ile tamamlanmıştır.

Mevcut SH serisi motorlar mekanik özellikleri tamamen aynı olan yeni nesil Schneider Electric BSH serisi motorlar ile değiştirilerek hiçbir mekanik değişikliğe ihtiyaç kalmadan kısa sürede motor değişimi tamamlanmıştır.

Sisteminizin modernizasyonunda minimum kesinti süresinde işlemi gerçekleştirmek için ELAU sisteminizin hızlı ve etkili yenileme seçeneklerine odaklanıyoruz ve bunun için devreye alma öncesi tüm çalışmaları titizlikle yürütüyoruz.

Devreye alma süresinin kısalması sayesinde yeni sisteme geçiş çok kısa sürede tamamlanmıştır.

ELAU SERVO MOTOR and DRIVE MODERNIZATION

The modernization of a system consisting of 12 ELAU brand servo motors and drives has been successfully completed.

The automation of the system has been realized with 14 synchronized axes, including 10 real axes and 4 virtual axes that operate synchronously, along with 2 independent axes.

The machine modernization has been successfully accomplished by completely replacing the servo motors and drives with next-generation motion controller products.

The existing SH series motors were replaced with the new Schneider Electric BSH series motors, which have the same mechanical characteristics, allowing for a quick motor replacement without requiring any mechanical modifications.

To achieve the modernization of your system with minimal downtime, we are focusing on the fast and effective renewal options of your ELAU system, and we ensure that all preparations are done meticulously prior to commissioning.

Thanks to the shortened commissioning time, the transition to the new system has been completed in a very short period.
