MODERNIZED THE PRINTING MACHINE AND COMMISSIONED IT WITH AN AUTOMATION SYSTEM

In our most recent project, which we successfully completed, we fully modernized the printing machine that was operating with outdated technology and successfully commissioned it with a new-generation automation system.

As part of the project, a Motion Control application was implemented, and by synchronizing the three-axis servos with each other, the machine’s operational performance was enhanced, achieving stable operation.

A Siemens S71500 technology CPU and V90 servo motor were used.
